The show is on and lights are sharp, the year 2020 has already started showcasing its pomp and show. Chevy is all set to bring the 2020 Corvette Stingray on the thrill of the road in your nerves. Facing the pointer is a hefty $113,955 price tag which adds the glitter to the deal for some who are all in for a machine of such capabilities and brings to you a fully loaded all-new Corvette Stingray. A difference of $7500 parts the ocean between the convertible and coupe variants of the 2020 Stingray.

At a starting price of $67,495, you get the level one of the mid-engine sports car, also known as the 1LT. $78,945 will fetch you the 3LT variant. Add about $995 and Chevy will put Long Beach Red Metallic Tintcoat paint and a dual racing stripe on this beast of a machine.

Costliest of the package available is a 5000 dollar performance package that equips the Stingray with tweaks to make this thing run like the Forrest Gump

Aesthetic impressions on the Stingray are customizable too with packages such as $4,850 Grounds effect kit and a $2,095 kit which adds grille inserts. Carbon fiber mirror caps can be added for $1,145. You can customize the tires too with a $2,695 wheelset which measures 19 inches in front and 20 inches in the rear and adds five-spoke design wheels and a Performance Pewter-painted finish.

Branding the Stingray C8 as the most premium Corvette ever made, Chevrolet is going all in for the next generation of this iconic sports machine. Motor Dreams come true in the cockpit as you experience the two pieces, all carbon fiber, body-colored hardtop which can be retracted at speeds as high as 30 miles per hour. Adding 10 percent to its rigidity as compared to the previous generation of the Corvette, Chevy has not only made the machine stronger but friendlier and exciting too.

Strictly a driver’s car, the front view is now more engaging with the lower placement of the instrument panel and steering setup. Powered by a 6.2-liter V8 engine, the 2020 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray C8 makes 495 horsepower at 6450 rpm and makes 470 lbs./ft. of torque at 5150 rpm. Matted to the V8 is a standard dual-clutch transmission system that fires up the sports coupe.

Speaking of how fast 2020 Stingray C8 is, it runs from 0 to 60 miles per hour in 2.9 seconds and covers a quarter-mile in 11.2 seconds. With no deceleration between shifts, the Corvette 2020 is designed to top the hearts on the road and charts on the track.

Chevy is yet to launch much of its specs and we are more than intrigued by the teaser. With the delay in production till February 2020 already conveyed by the brand chevy, we can expect the coupe to hit the roads by the end of 2020.
