Chevrolet Camaro sales grew by 3% in Q4 2019

Chevrolet Camaro is a legend car from Chevy making an impact in the market for a long time now. Camaro has seen it all in its lifespan, the ups, the downs, and Hollywood as well. No one can forget the BumbleBee avatar as the Chevrolet Camaro.

Data tells us that Chevrolet Camaro sales have increased in the fourth quarter of 2019 in the United States and South Korea and the sales also took a dive in countries like Mexico, Canada, and Brazil.

Chevrolet Camaro Sales- United States

The United States saw a rise of 3% in their Camaro sales from the last year, Last year total Camaro sales were 11,135 units which increased to 11,474 units for the fourth quarter. Although the sales of Camaro for the whole year decreased by about 5% to 48,265 units.

Chevrolet Camaro Sales- Canada

The deliveries of total units decreased in Canada to only 275 units which are less compared to 374 units in Q4 2018.

The total sales for the year 2019 decreased to 2,236 units which resulted in 16% fewer units sold than last year.

Mexico had a kind of dry run for the Camaro with only able to sell 32 units in Q4 2019 with a decrease of 69% compared to 103 units in Q4 2018.

In South Korea, Chevrolet delivered a total of 38 units in Q4 2019, an increase of 27% and 30 units in total form Q4 2018.

Chevrolet Camaro Sales- Brazil

Chevrolet delivered a total of 29 units to Brazil resulting in a 17% decrease compared to 35 units in Q4 2018.

The All-over sales of Camaro for the year 2019 increased by 63% to 152 units.

All in all, it was not a very good year for Chevrolet Camaro with less increase in sales.

Sales Comparison

Camaro has seen a rise of 3% increase in its sales in the 4th quarter of 2019. This small increase has kept the sports car in third place in its segment by sales volume ending up just below Mustang and Challenger.
